Chicken & Green Bean Stir-Fry

450 grams chicken fillet (cubed)
4 cups of green beans
4 green onions (chopped)
1 egg (scrambled)
1/2 cup of rice
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 clove garlic
  1. Preheat wok and brown chicken (3-4 minutes), remove from wok
  2. Stir-fry green beans until soft
  3. In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients and pour over beans, bring to boil and simmer until thickened
  4. Add in chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
  5. In a saucepan, fry the egg and green onion and add to cooked rice
