Recipe: Cobb Salad



400 grams of chicken fillet (roasted and diced)

150 grams of ham (diced)

150 grams cheddar cheese (diced)

4 slices of bacon (fried crisp and sliced)

4 lettuce leaves (washed and chopped)

1 medium tomato (diced)

1 large spring onion (chopped)

200 grams sweet corn

2 hard boiled eggs (diced)

1 avocado (diced)



  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and roast or grill the chicken for 20-25 minutes
  2. Fry bacon until crisp and slice
  3. Boil eggs and dice
  4. Dice cheese, tomato, onion and avocado
  5. Arrange in a dish
  6. Serve with the dressing of your choice
